“Since founding TPA Capital LLP (formerly Capitis Consulting Limited) in 2013, I have spent the past few years working extensively with our portfolio companies in close partnership with management. This has led to a number of successful exits, for both our management teams and us as investors. We are actively looking for opportunities where we can support companies in the next phase of their journey.
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Deloitte’s Banking and Capital Markets team in London and subsequently worked as a consultant at Credit Suisse’s Head Office in Zurich. I spent the next few years working as an independent consultant with a broad portfolio of businesses, with a focus on deploying effective growth strategies and maximizing shareholder value. It was great being operationally involved in a variety of businesses where I was able to lead the implementation of new systems and processes as well as help establish key commercial relationships. I believe this hands-on experience has proven to be immensely valuable to the way I now conduct and support our investments.
When not working or spending time with my family. I take an active interest in politics and global affairs. I have a passion for most sporting activities, particularly running and mountain pursuits, borne from having lived in Switzerland as a child. I set a world record playing rugby at the North Pole and have also completed numerous marathons for charity, including the 2018 Marathon Des Sables.”
